VIDEO: Rural Letter Carriers meet in Buffalo

The City of Buffalo is getting a visit from the Post Master General, and it’s all part of the Rural Letter Carriers’ Association National Convention.
The 108th National Convention is taking place at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center through Friday. Highlights of the event include Post Master General Patrick R. Donahoe, a key note address by Congressman Brian Higgins and the Hero of the Year Award.
