Workforce Connection: New employee information resource on LiteBlue

February 17, 2012No Comments

A new online resource now gives employees a single access point for Human Resources information.

“Workforce Connection” is the focal point for opportunities and actions related to employee careers. Through the new site on LiteBlue, employees can:

Review their personnel folders.

Search and apply for jobs at USPS, request reassignment to another craft or bid for another position.

Review earnings statements, view and print W-2 forms or change payroll and federal tax deductions.

Initiate retirement activities.

“We’ve created one, web-based location to give employees access to any information they might need to track their career activities,” said Employee Resource Management VP Deborah Giannoni-Jackson. “Workforce Connection is just what its name describes.”

The new website is available now. Employees will need their employee identification number (EIN) and USPS PIN numbers to log on to Workforce Connection. The EIN is on employee earnings statements, and all employees have their own PINs. Anyone who has forgotten or doesn’t know their individual PIN can go online and receive it immediately by clicking on “Forgot your PIN?” at the LiteBlue log on page.
